My gratitude to this dental clinic is total and absolute because while I was on vacation in this city I had a dental problem and it was resolved very successfully and I was able to continue enjoying my days off. I give it one star because it won't let me give it a 0. To be honest, the staff is friendly and at the end of the day they are workers of the clinic who go there to do their job. The operation of this franchise is terrible...when you have an emergency to begin with, they do not have a direct telephone number, you have to call 900 and they call you to make an appointment with an emergency up to 8 hours later, that is, they practically ignore you . They have a high turnover of professionals...in a matter of 1-2 months I saw more than 4-5 different orthodontists (some of whom touched the mask and then stuck their fingers with unclean gloves in your mouth, the which also left your arch outside the brackets, which they put on your retainer and every 2-3 weeks it falls out, they give you fillings that have to be repeated in a few days and YES, I SAY DAYS). My degree of dissatisfaction with this clinic is total and absolute and I would not recommend anyone to be treated at this clinic, at least as long as they do not have an emergency phone number that patients can call and as long as quite a few things change.
